Established in 2003, VisTech is setting new standards as a comprehensive, full-service/vertically integrated manufacturing organization serving the automotive industry.

VisTech is rapidly establishing itself as an industry leader by focusing on the needs of the customer in a very dynamic and demanding industry. VisTech prides itself in working with customers in continually finding ways to meet customer needs while offering ideas to reduce cost and improve quality. We provide outstanding value in our products and services leading to total customer satisfaction. Vistech operates five plants. Locations are Lebanon and Fairfield, Ohio, San Antonio, Texas, Stratford, Ontario Canada, and Jasper, Alabama. In total, Vistech facilities add up to over 460K/ft2. Our corporate office is located in Modesto, CA. All of our plants are strategically located near our customers and close to major freeways and airports to eliminate time wasted in transport. The facilities are designed to support VisTech’s full range of products and services and echo the principles of lean manufacturing.

Vistech is comprised of a multi-cultural workforce with over 350 associates employed in each of its California, Ohio, Alabama, Texas, and Ontario facilities.

EXPERIENCED LEADERSHIP

The leadership team at Vistech is comprised of individuals with combined experience lean manufacturing and in the automotive manufacturing industry. Prior to founding Vistech, the ownership was part of a team working for a major Tier 1 automotive supplier and held a variety of positions that have uniquely qualified them to create and operate Vistech. They are recognized as experts in the concepts of “Lean Manufacturing” and are often called upon to teach and train others on the principles practiced in the lean enterprise.

Their knowledge of these concepts was acquired through extensive training through their previous employer, as well as, formal training from New United Motors Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI), a joint venture between Toyota and General Motors. They continue to successfully apply these principles at Vistech gaining them a reputation of being a high quality, low cost producer. They are confident that their skills and experience will translate into continued customer satisfaction while exceeding expectations.

The Vistech Manufacturing System has been developed in accordance with major OEM requirements and has plants registered in ISO 9001 and TS16949. We pride ourselves on the flexibility to meet specific expectations across a wide range of tiered customers.

The NCMSDC is the regional affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, a network of 39 Councils linking more than 3,600 corporations and 16,500 minority-owned businesses across the country with the primary goal of promoting diversity in the marketplace.
